RETURN POLICY

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What Is Your Return Policy?

ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer
service team will review the request and will send further instructions. pripeall reserves the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Where is my refund?
We need 1-7 days to process your package after it is delivered to our warehouse. After we process the package, it may take 7-14 days for your refund to appear on your account,
depending on the payment method you used.

Paid by Credit or Debit Card: The refund will be credited on your account within 7-14 days. Please contact your card-issuing bank for details on when the refund will be credited on your account.

Paid by PayPal: The refund will be credited to your account within 1-7 days.

Paid by Store credit payment:The refund will be credited to your account immediately.
